Dr. Rozanne Fratto
Dr. Fratto was born and raised in California. She attended Whittier College in Southern California and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics. Following a study abroad semester in Denmark she began optometry school at the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry, receiving her Optometry degree in 1992.
Dr. Fratto has been practicing optometry for over 25 years in the Bay Area in Contra Costa and Solano counties. She enjoys meeting her patients' needs and providing quality eye care with an emphasis on family eye care. She specializes in contact lens fittings for patients of all ages and especially enjoys fitting patients who wear multifocal lenses.
She has participated in three overseas Gift of Sight mission trips in Morocco, Bolivia, and Costa Rica. Outside of the office Dr. Fratto enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. They can often be found cheering on from the sidelines of the soccer field or listening to a jazz concert and are all active in their church.
Dr. Ernest Chang
Dr. Chang is a native to California where he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Davis. He went on to study optometry at Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon where he graduated with honors. During school he completed rotations at offices throughout California studying primary care, ocular disease, surgical co-management, and vision therapy. His greatest joy in optometry is helping people live life with the best vision they can achieve.
