Dr. Rozanne Fratto

Dr. Fratto was born and raised in California. She attended Whittier College in Southern California and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics. Following a study abroad semester in Denmark she began optometry school at the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry, receiving her Optometry degree in 1992.
Dr. Fratto has been practicing optometry for over 25 years in the Bay Area in Contra Costa and Solano counties. She enjoys meeting her patients’ needs and providing quality eye care with an emphasis on family eye care. She specializes in contact lens fittings for patients of all ages and especially enjoys fitting patients who wear multifocal lenses.
She has participated in three overseas Gift of Sight mission trips in Morocco, Bolivia, and Costa Rica. Outside of the office Dr. Fratto enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. They can often be found cheering on from the sidelines of the soccer field or listening to a jazz concert and are all active in their church.
Dr. Catherine Academia
Pleasant Hill
Dr. Catherine Academia is a Bay Area native who attended UC Davis where she received her B.S. in Psychology, minor in Biology. She obtained her Doctorate of Optometry Degree from Western University College of Optometry in Southern California. She loves being in the outdoors with her family, music, cooking, and singing/dancing with her family.

Dr. Barbara Mostardi
Pleasant Hill
With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Mostardi has worked for ophthalmologists, eye clinics and private practices in the Bay Area and served on a mission trip in the Dominican Republic . She will help you understand your eye health and leave you feeling confident that you are seeing your best.
